Since its inception in 1981, Castleman Construction, LLC has been a trusted and reputable name in the residential and small commercial construction industry. With over 40 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of high-quality homes that blend style, functionality, and craftsmanship.

Our founders, Steve and Sally Castleman, met at the University of Tennessee in 1977. While in Knoxville, Steve started his construction career as a superintendent for the construction of World’s Fair Park, which remains an iconic location in the state today. They started Castleman Construction together after moving back home to the Middle Tennessee area. With Steve being a General Contractor and Sally a licensed architect, they made the perfect team to jumpstart the family business. Two of their sons, John and Noah, are now an integral part of the company.

John went to the University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2012. After building his first home in Pleasant View Villages in 2015, he joined forces with Steve and Sally to further expand CCLLC’s reach. With his experience, Castleman Construction has become an integral part of the growth of Pleasant View as Middle Tennessee continues to boom.

Noah also attended the University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Economics in 2015. He started his career as a Commercial Real Estate broker in Knoxville and worked there for 8 years until 2022 when he moved back to Nashville. He decided to take a leap of faith into the family business and has been working with Castleman Construction since his return.
